The Pro-Housing Leadership Certification Course is designed to help you understand why Los Angeles has a housing crisis and how to confidently advocate for solutions that expand housing at all levels of affordability while strengthening renters’ rights.

This course is pro-housing by design. It centers equity, health, safety, and inclusion, and treats participants as thoughtful adults who want a clear, systems-level understanding of housing and policy.

You don’t need prior housing or policy experience to succeed here. What you do need is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to engage.
